Scene Double is known for the high standard of its technical support, often
provided directly by the product designers.
To enable us to provide effective support, please make a note of the following
information before you call:
- The product code
- The product version and serial numbers.
These are printed on the base of all products - The make and models of the CPU and peripherals connected to the extender
- The extension distance
- A complete description of the nature and duration of the problem
- Results from any testing you have done
If you need to return a unit for repair, please package carefully, preferably
using the original box. Include everything you received with the unit, together
with full return address and contact details.

Standard Warranty
Our standard warranty is 12 months RTB.
Returns for Credit
If you have been authorized to return a unit for credit, please package
carefully, using the original box. Include everything you received with
the unit. Once the product is received, and the condition is 'as new', your
account will be credited as soon as possible. If any damage has occurred
to the unit(s), a charge may be incurred. Courier charges relating to evaluation
units will not be credited.
