The Draco Range
The Draco Major System:
The Draco Major system sets a new milestone in high quality KVM and DVI switching.
For the first time, sources to 1080p (and beyond) may be switched instantaneously and distributed to remote points over long distances using CatX or fibre cables. The Draco Major solution offers various modes of KVM and video operation, enabling switching of up to 32 CPUs or real time video sources to 16 monitors within a single chassis, with simultaneous handling of USB HID, audio and serial devices.
The Draco Tera System:
The Draco tera system is a true enterprise-scale video and KVM matrix switching solution. Unique features make it a powerful choice for numerous command, control, and broadcast applications. The Draco tera chassis offers 160 or 288, flexible, instant switching I/O ports; each supporting DVI 1080p video together with USB and audio options. A unique automatic device identification makes re-configuration simple. Numerous management options enhance this unique product.
Draco Extenders:
The new Draco Extenders provide the highest quality DVI video transmission through the use of state-of-the-art compression technology. Designed for use with Draco switches, and as standalone extenders, they enable long extension distances and reliable data transmission with no discernable loss in video quality. DVI-D video (to 1080p or even 2K) and USB HID devices (such as keyboard, mice and graphics tablets) are supported as standard. In addition, other interface options include: VGA input, digital or analogue audio, and full transparent USB 2.0. Draco Extenders can realise distances exceeding 120m over regular Cat X cables, and up to 10km with singlemode fibre. A modular chassis option caters for any interface combination.
